The efforts included upgrading roads and squares, enhancing public services, and adding lush landscaping and green spaces — all designed to present a modern and civilized image befitting Egypt’s new global cultural landmark.

These enhancements are part of the state’s broader vision to position the museum as a world-class destination where every detail reflects precision, beauty, and thoughtful planning.

Engineer Adel El-Naggar, Governor of Giza, directed the swift completion of beautification and improvement works along all guest and tourist routes leading to the museum. He emphasized the importance of paying close attention to every detail to ensure a refined and dignified appearance that reflects the significance of this historic event, expected to draw visitors and dignitaries from around the world.

The Governor also underscored the importance of continuous on-site supervision by district and city officials, along with relevant authorities, to ensure full compliance with safety and aesthetic standards. He praised the high level of cooperation between various agencies, stressing the need to maintain the current pace and ensure all final preparations are completed on time for the grand opening ceremony of the Grand Egyptian Museum; an event of great national and international significance.
