Death toll in Gaza reaches 63, 371 since beginning of Israeli aggression in October 2023

CAIRO – 30 August 2025: The death toll from the Israeli aggression on Gaza has risen to 63,371 Palestinian martyrs and 159,835 injuries since October 7, 2023, after hospitals received 66 martyrs (including 4 recovered) and 345 injuries over the past 24 hours, said the Palestinian Ministry of Health in Gaza on Saturday.

Several victims remain under the rubble and on the roads, as ambulance and civil defense crews are unable to reach them at this time, the Ministry added in a statement on Saturday.

After a two-month truce, Israel resumed its genocidal war since March 18, 2025 and has killed 11,240 martyrs and 47,794 injuries.

As for those who were killed by Israeli forces at the aid distribution centers, 15 people were killed and 206 were injured over the past 24 hours, bringing the death toll at the aid centers to 2,218 martyrs and more than 16,434 injuries since May 27, 2025.

Also, over the past 24 hours, Gaza Strip hospitals recorded 10 new deaths due to starvation and malnutrition, including 3 children, bringing the total number of deaths to 332, including 124 children.
