Death toll of Palestinians due to Israeli genocidal war rises to more than 58K

CAIRO – 13 June 2025: Israeli occupation forces kill dozens of Palestinians daily in their genocidal war against the besieged Gaza Strip, where the death toll of the Palestinians rose to 58,026 martyrs and 138,520 injuries have been reported since October 7, 2023.

According to the daily news briefing by the Palestinian Ministry of Health in Gaza on Sunday, a total of 139 martyrs (including five recovered) and 425 injuries arrived at Gaza Strip hospitals over the past 24 hours.

Meanwhile, several victims remain under the rubble and on the streets, as ambulance and civil defense crews are unable to reach them at this time, the statement added.

The death toll from the Israeli aggression since March 18, 2025, to date has reached 7,450 martyrs and 26,479 injuries.

As for the victims killed at the humanitarian aid centers by Israeli forces in Gaza, 28 martyrs and more than 180 injuries were transported to the hospitals over the past 24 hours, bringing the total number of “aid victims” who arrived at Gaza hospitals to 833 martyrs and more than 5,432 injuries.
