Egyptian FM to attend meetings of Gulf Cooperation Council, Organization of Islamic Cooperation

CAIRO – 6 March 2025: Minister of Foreign Affairs Badr Abdelatty headed Thursday to Mecca to attend the ministerial meeting organized by the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) with the aim of coordinating regional efforts, and exchanging views on issues and matters of joint interest.

The Egyptian minister will also participate on Friday in the extraordinary meeting of the foreign ministers of member states in the Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC) convening in Jeddah to discuss ways of supporting the Palestinian people in light of the resumption of Israeli aggression.
