President Sisi exchanges greetings with Arab leaders on Eid Al Fitr

CAIRO – 9 April 2024: Egypt’s President Abdel Fattah al Sisi exchanged on Tuesday greetings with Arab leaders on the occasion of Eid al Fitr.

According to Presidency Spokesperson Ahmed Fahmy Sisi spoke over the phone with Amir of Qatar, Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani. Sisi and Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad exchanged greeting on the occasion of Eid al-Fitr, praying to Allah the Almighty to return this blessed occasion for the two brotherly countries and the Arab and Islamic nations with goodness and prosperity, and to grant lasting stability and prosperity for all Arab peoples.

 

Sisi also spoke over the phone with Emir of Kuwait, Sheikh Mishal Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah, exchanging greetings on the occasion of Eid al-Fitr. Sisi prayed to Allah the Almighty to return this blessed occasion with all goodness and blessings on the wise leadership and people of Kuwait and to grant lasting security and stability to the Arab and Islamic nations.

The Emir of Kuwait appreciated the gesture and expressed sincere wishes of enduring stability and prosperity to Egypt.

 

President Sisi spoke over the phone with President of Tunisia, Kais Saied. The two Presidents exchanged Eid greetings, asking Allah the Almighty to return this blessed occasion with much blessings for the two countries and the Arab and Islamic nations and grant the two peoples lasting peace and stability.

 

Sisi received as well a phone call from Prime Minister of Iraq, Mohammed Shia' Al Sudani. They exchanged greetings on the occasion of Eid al-Fitr, praying to Allah the Almighty to bless the Egyptian and Iraqi peoples with renewed goodness and to grant the Arab and Islamic nations peace, security and prosperity.

 

President Abdel Fattah al Sisi spoke over the phone with President of the United Arab Emirates, Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al-Nahayyan.

The two Leaders exchanged greetings on the occasion of Eid al-Fitr, praying to Allah the Almighty to bring it back to the two countries and the Arab and Islamic nations with security, stability, and prosperity, and to the people of Egypt and the UAE with safety, prosperity, and progress.

 

Egypt’s President also spoke by phone with the President of Sudan's Sovereign Council, Lt. Gen. Abdel Fattah Al-Burhan.

 The two leaders exchanged greetings on the occasion of Eid al-Fitr. President Sisi expressed his sincere wishes to the brotherly people of Sudan for goodness, safety, and peace. The President of Sudan's Sovereign Council expressed his sincere appreciation for this gesture, asking Allah Almighty to return this occasion and bestow his blessings upon Egypt, its leadership and people, and upon the Arab and Islamic nations.

 

Sisi spoke over the phone with Algerian President Abdelmadjid Tebboune. President Sisi extended his greetings on the occasion of Eid al-Fitr, expressing his sincere wishes for Algeria and its people for continued prosperity and development. The Algerian President appreciated the generous gesture, expressing his wishes for Egypt, its leadership, and people for goodness, stability, and progress.
