CAIRO - 17 July 2017: Armenian Ambassador in Cairo Armen Melkonian said on Monday that there are no plans by the Armenian Foreign Ministry to issue a warning on travel to Egypt after the beach stabbing attack in Hurghada.

In statements to MENA on Monday, the Armenian ambassador said the health condition of the two Armenian nationals who suffered injuries in the stabbing incident is "improving"

Three days ago, six foreign tourists have been stabbed by a knifeman at an Egyptian beach resort in the Red Sea town of Hurghada.

The assailant has been arrested and is being questioned by the Egyptian authorities to determine his motive.
