This came during President Sisi’s meeting with Prime Minister Mostafa Madbouli, Minister of Electricity and Renewable Energy Mohamed Shaker, Minister of Petroleum and Mineral Resources Tareq el Molla, Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research Khaled Abdel Ghaffar, Minister of Planning and Economic Development Hala el Saeed, Minister of Local Development Mahmoud Shaarawi, Minister of Communications and Information Technology Amr Talat, Minister of Housing, Utilities and Urban Communities Assem el Gazzar, along with Head of the Armed Forces Engineering Authority Hisham el Sweify.
