MOSCOW - July 2017: The Russian Defense Ministry announced Thursday that the Russian side of the joint Russian-Turkish commission on issues related to violations of the Joint Agreement registered six ceasefire violations in Syria’s cities over the past 24 hours.

The conditions in Syria’s de-escalation zones are stable. Three ceasefire violations were registered in the Latakia province, two in Damascus and one in Hama, Sputnik News Agency reported quoting Russian defense ministry's statement.

The statement pointed out that shooting violations by light arms hit the record in areas controlled by terrorist groups like Daesh.

The statement added that there are ongoing negotiations with armed opposition groups aiming at including them in the ceasefire agreements in Idlib, Aleppo, Damascus, Hama, Homs and Konaitera.

However, no ceasefire agreements have been signed over the past 24 hours.
