Egypt sees improvement in weather after heat wave, Cairo records highs of 33 degrees

CAIRO – 18 April 2022: The Egyptian Meteorological Authority (EMA) expected Monday, to witness an improvement in weather conditions and a decrease in temperatures.

 

Egypt has experienced scorching hot weather over the past days, with temperature degrees hitting high, recording highs of 37 degrees.

 

The Meteorological Authority stated that Monday will see wind activity in some areas, and chances of light rain on the northwest coasts.

 

As for the temperatures Monday:

 

Cairo records highs of 33 degrees and lows of 17 degrees

 

Alexandria records highs of 23 and lows of 16 degrees

 

Matrouh records highs of 24 degrees and lows of 15 degrees

 

Sohag records highs of 41 degrees and lows of 24 degrees

 

Qena records highs of 41 degrees and lows of 24 degrees

 

Aswan records highs of 43 degrees and lows of 26 degrees

 

Saint Catherine records highs of 31 degrees and lows of 15 degrees
