The current severe cold weather witnessed in Egypt is caused as a result of storms, and will continue until the end of January, Shaheen added.

In a phone call to TV program on Al-Qahera Wal-Nas channel, Shahee said that temperatures are expected to drop by two to three degrees on Wednesday and next Thursday.
