CAIRO – 15 July 2021: Chinese Foreign Minister Wang YI along with a high-level delegation will pay Egypt an official three-day visit on Saturday, Al-Ain newspaper reported on Thursday.
 
On June 25, Egyptian Minister of Foreign Affairs Sameh Shoukry discussed over the phone Wang Yi the aspects of bilateral relations and means to advance all fields of cooperation, in line with the opportunities and capabilities available in both countries, said the Egyptian Foreign Ministry in a statement 
 
The two ministers tackled the coordination between the two countries on addressing the Coronavirus pandemic and ways to curb its repercussions, including the ongoing cooperation between the two sides for the joint manufacture of the vaccine in Egypt.
 
Over the phone call, the two ministers had a lengthy and in-depth conversation regarding the file of the Grand Ethiopian Renaissance Dam in all its aspects and dimensions.
