Kuwait’s attempts of reconciliation have failed: Bahrain FM

Sheikh Sabah Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah, Emir of Kuwait attempts to mediate between Qatar and Gulf States have failed, according to Bahrain Foreign Minister.
