Egypt’s Supreme Constitutional Court ruled on Saturday that the criminalization of terrorism in all its forms is a constitutional obligation consistent with international treaties, rejecting claims that such legislation infringes judicial independence or interferes with the administration of justice.
Egypt's participation comes as part of efforts to boost security and stability in Africa.
