Dr Ashraf Sobhi stated on Sunday that the CAF Champions League final between Al Ahly and Zamalek will be a historic event for both Egyptian and African football.
The event kicked off on Wednesday in front of the cabinet's HQ in the city in the presence of a host of ministers and youths.
