Saudi king sends Sisi message highlighting special bilateral ties

Saudi Minister of State and Member of the Cabinet Issam bin Saeed on Thursday handed the Egyptian president Sisi a message from the Saudi King affirming deep and historic relations between Egypt and Saudi Arabia, the Egyptian Presidency said.
