Ebola outbreak
The UN health agency said the outbreak, caused by the Bundibugyo strain of the Ebola virus, has not yet met the criteria to be classified as a pandemic emergency.
A total of 2,006 people have now died – roughly two thirds of the 3,004 people infected – according to official figures from the World Health Organization.
