Christmas Celebrations
Ambassador Wael El-Naggar, Assistant Foreign Minister for Cultural Relations, affirmed that President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi’s commitment to attending Christmas celebrations at the Cathedral of the Nativity of Christ since 2015 has become a well-established tradition that reflects the unity of the Egyptian people in all their components.
President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi participated Tuesday in Christmas celebrations at the Cathedral of the Nativity of Christ in the New Capital.
The Ministry's strategy involves a range of preventive measures, including inspection campaigns at food-serving and food-storage facilities, as well as checks at parks, gardens, and public spaces. The plan also ensures the availability of necessary serums and vaccinations and includes the dispatch of awareness convoys to educate the public on health and safety practices.
Sisi delegated Presidential Secretary Mohamed Negm to visit the Coptic Evangelical Church to offer his Christmas greetings and attend Xmass celebrations.
Celebrations have been always accompanied with high security protection and state of high alert in hospitals for the growing injuries.
