Lavrov added Western countries are behind most of disputes and hinder normalization of conditions.
The relevant statement was made by the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine on Facebook, an Ukrinform correspondent reports.
Yaroslav Yanushevych, the head of the Kherson Regional Military Administration, said this in a post on the Telegram messaging application carried by Ukrinform Sunday.
