Egyptian Prime Minister Dr. Mostafa Madbouly began Thursday his inspection tour of several factories in 6 of October City that manufacture ultrasound machines, televisions, and mobile phones.
Communications Minister stated that Egypt aims to grow the telecommunications and information technology sector by more than 16 percent in the current fiscal year.
This came during President Sisi's inauguration of a number of new national projects in the investment zone in the city of Banha in Qalyubia Governorate, via "video conference".
The first factor to manufacture household appliances in Upper Egypt was launched under the name “Made in Egypt,” within the industrial zone in the new city of Sohag.
The factory will start off with producing 30,000 vehicles and aims to manufacture 200,000 vehicles in two years.
