Recycling palm fronds has emerged as an important environmental and economic practice across many Arab countries, where large numbers of palm trees generate significant agricultural waste each year.
The festival is organized by the Ministry of Trade and Industry in cooperation with the Khalifa International Award for Date Palm and Agricultural Innovation.
