Speaker of Libyan parliament: Sisi saved Libya

The chairman of the Libyan House of Representatives, Aguila Saleh Issa, praised Egyptian President Abdel Fatah al-Sisi’s outspoken support to the Libyan people and the national army, saying that Sisi “has saved Libya.”
