Mahlab to carry messages from Sisi to presidents of Equatorial Guinea, Liberia

Mahlab left on Wednesday starting an African tour during which he will deliver messages from President Abdel Fatah al-Sisi to the presidents of Equatorial Guinea and Liberia.
