EDA Chairman Ali Al-Ghamrawy met with Lebanese Public Health Minister Rakan Nassereldine to explore ways of enhancing collaboration in pharmaceutical regulation, capacity building and regulatory system development.
The SCZone spokesman Ali el Ghamrawy said they also discussed setting certain frameworks to specify the terms of reference, roles and commitments of every side during the implementation of the cooperation protocol.
The hotline is part of efforts to ease burdens on citizens, where securing drugs is concerned, the EDA said in a statement Sunday.
The EDA also reassured citizens about the strategic stockpile of these medicines.
EDA has prepared a proposal to set up an Egyptian logistic centre in Russia.
The platform will include a detailed map of the global spread of Egyptian products, target markets and international trade agreements, among others.
