Beltone Financial Holding
Before the implementation of the deal, Orascom Financial Holding owned 55.9 percent of Beltone Financial Holding Company.
The board of directors (BoD) of Beltone Financial Holding approved to set up a new company ‘Beltone SME’ with an initial capital of LE 30 million.
According to the company’s financial results, revenues declined to LE 243 million in 2019, compared to LE 342.7 million in prior year.
He added that the company will resort to appealing this decision to the committees and the competent authorities.
Beltone Financial Holding announced that OPR market will be opened to Orascom offerfrom November 28 toDecember 11, 2018.
The company added in a filing to the Egyptian Exchange (EGX) that this decision will be reviewed by the extraordinary general assembly.
All investors are interested in the Arab region and in the Egyptian market, says Sameh El-Torgoman, chairman of Beltone Financial Holding.
