Grand Mufti of India, Sheikh Abu Bakr Ahmed Al-Musliyar praised the leading role of Al-Azhar Academy in serving Islamic outreach and disseminating the values of moderation and tolerance.
The President noticed the imam’s foot injury as he stood to greet him and immediately directed a member of his office to ensure the imam received prompt medical attention. The President’s office contacted the imam shortly afterward to initiate treatment procedures without delay.
On December 29, the Citadel of Salah al-Din al-Qayoubi received a delegation of Sudanese trainees, to attend the training course at the International Endowments Academy to train and qualify imams and preachers.
The President stated that it is necessary for the imams to study humanities and new Da‘wah methods within these programs so as to hone their communication skills.
