Near Money
The increase in domestic liquidity reflected on near money “quasi-money” by about LE 220.4 billion , and on Money supply by about LE 20 billion.
CBE elaborated ina a report Thursday that the increase in domestic liquidity was reflected on near money by about LE 158.9 billion with a rate of 6 percent.
The monetary supply leveled up to LE 654.2 billion in April 2017 compared to LE 540.2 billion in April 2016.
The monetary supply leveled up to LE 631 billion in March 2017 compared to LE 529.8 billion in the same period of the previous year.
