The president made the remarks as he met on Wednesday with European Union’s High Representative for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy and Vice-President of the European Commission Kaja Kallas.

The president started an official visit to Brussels, Belgium on Tuesday to participate in the first-ever EU-Egypt Summit later today.
