Egypt's FM: Normal North-South Mediterranean relations impossible amid Israeli aggression

Speaking on the sidelines of the 5th EU–Southern Neighbourhood Ministerial Meeting held in Brussels on Monday, Abdelatty added that genuine cooperation is not possible amid continued human rights violations by one of the parties, which persists in killing civilians and using starvation as a form of collective punishment.
