Transitional Sovereign Council of Sudan
Lt. General Abdel-Fattah Al-Burhan, President of the Transitional Sovereign Council of Sudan, arrived on Wednesday at the Presidential Palace in Khartoum and said in a speech: ‘It’s over, now Khartoum has become free’.
