Israeli Captive
Israel on Thursday confirmed that the remains transferred by Hamas a day earlier belong to Thai farm worker Sudthisak Rinthalak, according to a statement from the prime minister’s office.
"We feel that the army, the state, and the government have abandoned us all this long in captivity. We, the captives, are starting to lose hope. We do not see an end," Angrest said.
The military wing of Hamas released a video featuring 19-year-old Israeli soldier Liri Albag, who the movement captured on its 7 October 2023 attacks on Israel and has kept in Gaza alongside other captives.
"After the resumption of communication, which had been interrupted for weeks, with fighters responsible for protecting the enemy's prisoners, it was revealed that one of the female captives was killed in an area under Zionist aggression in northern Gaza," said Abu Obaida, the spokesman of Hamas’s military wing
