Ambassadors Cyrill Nunn of Germany and Stéphane Romatet of France reiterated on Wednesday their support for Egypt in the field of higher education and scientific research.
French ambassador in Cairo said the launch of the giant driller “Nefertari” on the third line of Cairo’s metro is a sign of both countries' cooperation.
“Egypt is the first step in battling terrorism, and we in France…will do everything we can to aid Egypt in this war,” the French ambassador stated.
Ali Abdel Aal, Speaker of the House of Representatives, has said Egypt is keen on enhancing relations with France, which he called a "friendly country".
