Egypt's Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Health, Khaled Abdel Ghaffar, confirmed that no new viruses are circulating in the country.
He added in comments to the “Mr. Citizen” talk show that the authorities are monitoring the appearance of any cases of these infectious viruses in the country.
The Egyptian Ministry of Health and Population revealed the disinfection and sterilization measures that it adopts to prevent the Marburg virus disease (MVD), after different African states announced the virus outbreak.
