US Africa Leaders Summit
Egypt under President Abdel Fattah El Sisi in 2022 continued the efforts aimed at strengthening relations with African countries, for being a top priority in the country's foreign policy, according to a report released by the Foreign Ministry on Saturday.
During his visit, Sisi delivered a speech at the summit’s closing session on promoting food security and food systems resilience and held meetings with a number of top US officials, including US Secretary of State Antony Blinken, and lawmakers.
