CAIRO, 31 January 2021: Al Ahly's coach, Pitso Mosimane, held an intense training session in the first day for Al Ahly in Qatar in their particiaption in the 2021 Club World Cup.
Al Ahly are currently preparing to face Al Duhail SC in the FIFA Club World Cup on 4 February.
Al Ahly arrived Qatar on Friday headed by Mahmoud El-Khatib, club president. The delegation was well received at airport by Al Ahly fans in Qatar.
Mosimane aimed to prepare the players and to give them several instructions ahead of Al Duhail’s game.
On the other hand, Al Ahly director of football Sayed Abdelhafiz said that the team benefited from attending FIFA’s meeting on Saturday.
“The meeting explained to the players several rules about the VAR and also several referee situations.”
“Al Ahly’s delegation is adhering to the strict precautionary and preventive measures since we arrived in Doha on Friday”, Abdelhafiz added.
