CAIRO – 2 July 2017: The closing ceremony of the Confederations Cup will be held on July 2, and is set to feature many surprises.

According to the FIFA’s official website the closing ceremonies would feature football stars like the Brazilian Ronaldo.

FIFA’s official website states that “the ceremony is inspired by the idea of a carnival procession, when one act is quickly followed up by another.

Almost 1,500 people will be involved; with performers, musicians and dancers from different cities – and spectators will be treated to a mix of classic and modern dance, pantomime, circus acts and hip hop.”

The director of the show Felix Mikhailow said to FIFA’s official website, “it will be a memorable and powerful show and we want fans to watch it live. Arrive early, enjoy the show and get into an excellent mood by being part of the ceremony.”

Germany and Chile are expected to play against each other in the final of the Confederations Cup on July 2, 2017.
