CAIRO-13 October 2020: Liverpool Brazilian striker Roberto Firmino stated that he is grateful to share Liverpool's frontline line with Mohamed Salah and Sadio Mane.

"I’m very grateful to play alongside Salah and Mane." Firmino said.

Liverpool's trio have formed one of the most deadly frontlines in the league's history.

The three players have scored 225 goals collectively since Salah's arrival to the Reds in 2017 summer.

Firmino hailed the Egyptian winger, saying "I admire Salah a lot, I love the way he plays. He scores a lot of goals. You wouldn’t believe how hard he works."

The Brazilian scored two goals to lead his national team to a 5-0 victory over Bolivia in the opening game of the South American Qualifiers to the 2022 FIFA World Cup.

Firmino commented on the strong start, saying "Getting off to a winning start was really important, and to do it with such a good performance makes it even better. Scoring two goals was an incredible feeling."

Brazil face Peru in Lima in the early hours of Wednesday at the second round of the Qualifiers.
