CAIRO – 28 June 2017: Claudio Ranieri, manager of Nantes, spoke to the official website of the French club Nantes on June 26.

Ranieri talked about his ambitions and the pleasure to become the coach of Nantes as well as talking about his past experience with Leicester City.

"I arrive in a club (Nantes) that has eight titles. I am honored to be here. "I have to prove every day to myself. Nantes can help me. It will take a lot of work. I hope the fans will be happy with us," Ranieri said to Nantes official website reporting the Mirror.

“It was fantastic to win the title with Leicester. The love that people showed me was fantastic. But we must forget Leicester and work with humility. Leicester remains something unique,” he said to Nantes website reporting from ESPN.

Ranieri was appointed Nantes club manager on June 15, replacing the Portuguese manager Sergio Conceicao who left Nantes to manage FC Porto.
