Ashraf Sobhi, Minister of Youth and Sports, revealed the return of sports activity in Egypt and the return of training of all sports in all clubs and youth centers, saying "youth and sports play a major role in educating citizens about the Coronavirus and cooperating with all state institutions in fighting the virus.

He continued: "Clubs gradually begin to resume their activities with the necessity to take precautionary measures, and we are studying with the Ministry of Health the measures that will be taken before opening clubs and youth centers,"

"We will take all measures to preserve players, coaches, and workers before taking any formal step to return sports activity in Egypt again." Ashraf Sobhy insisted.

The Minister of Youth and Sports pointed out his assessment of the achievements of the five-years committee that manages the Egyptian Football Association headed by Amr Al-Ganayni, saying: "The five-year committee accepted work in difficult circumstances and I wish them success in the coming period, and the International Football Association" FIFA " monitors the position of the Egyptian Football Association."

On the other hand, the Minister of Youth and Sports added that the Olympic Committee is trying to end the crisis of the weightlifting federation before the Tokyo Olympics, especially after being postponed for a year.

On the development of the sports law in Egypt, Ashraf Sobhi stressed: "The development of the sports law is necessary after discovering some of the negatives during the past period, especially in the investment part."
