CAIRO – 15 June 2017: AS Roma and Egyptian National team player Mohamed Salah celebrates his 25th birthday on June 15.

Thursday was filled with supportive words for the attacking-midfielder. Egyptian National teammate Mahmoud Hassan Trezeguet wrote on Twitter, “Happy Birthday To Egypt’s Star and God be with you in the next step you take.”




Wadi Degla and Egyptian National team’s 44-year-old goalkeeper, Essam ElHadry, also congratulated Salah on Twitter, writing, “Happy Birthday Abo [Uncle] Salah, your ambitions will make you reach your dream. But you have to know that I still have ambitions to achieve and a future.”




Al–Ahly defender Ahmed Fathi posted a picture on Twitter with Salah, saying, “Happy Birthday Salah. I wish you to live for a million years. I hope you achieve all you want and to go the place you want.”

There may be more for Salah to celebrate with reports of his transfer to Liverpool close to being finalized, according to the Mirror and Liverpool Echo.
