English media revealed good news for Liverpool and Egyptian fans by revealing the participation of our Egyptian star Mohamed Salah in the Reds training on Monday.

Salah was substituted in the final minutes of Sunday's match against Tottenham because of an ankle injury, after leading the team to a 2-1 victory.

According to Sky Sports, Salah took part in Liverpool's morning training on Monday, dispelling doubts about his injury.

The injured defender Joel Matip also trained on Monday but individually to continue his knee injury recovery.

In his comments after the match Klopp said: "Mohamed Salah was replaced because of an ankle problem, we think it is not a big problem."

It was reported after the game that Salah's injury was the same as that suffered against Leicester City which made him out for three weeks, and that his participation against Manchester City is in doubt, where he will be out for at least more three weeks.

The victory raised Liverpool's points to 28 at the top of the English Premier League, six points over runners-up Manchester City, who beat Aston Villa 3-0 on Saturday.
