Ramadan Sobhy leads Egypt U 23 squad for South Africa friendly clashes

Cairo_ 7 October 2019: Egypt U 23 national team manager Shawki Ghareeb announced the team squad for October camp.

Al_Ahly winger, Ramadan Sobhy, and Zamalek striker, Mostafa Mohamed, lead the team list for October camp in which the team is set to play two friendly clashes against South Africa.

Egypt U 23 squad consists of:
Omar Radwan - Omar Salah - Mohamad Sobhy - Mostafa Shobir - Osama Galal- Mahmoud Mari - Mahmoud El Gazar - Ahmed Ramadan - Mohamed Abdelsalam - Mohamed Sadek - Ahmed Abouelfotouh - Ahmed Ayman - Karim Iraqi _ Ahmed Hamdi - Akram Tawfik - Ghanam Mohamed - Naser Maher - Ammar Hamdy - Ahmed Fawzy El Henawy - Salah Mohsen - Mostafa Mohamed - Ramadan Sobhy - Taher Mohamed Taher - Imam Ashour - Abdelrhman Magdy - Wagih Abdelhakim - Ahmed Rayan - Naser Mansy

Egypt U-23 team was drawn alongside Mali, Cameroon and Ghana in Group A at 2019 Africa U-23 Cup of Nations.

The draw, held on Wednesday night in Alexandria, also resulted in another tough clashes in Group B in which defending champions, Nigeria, were drawn with Zambia, South Africa and Ivory Coast.

EgyptU-23 national team manager, Shawki Gharib, and his coaching staff will send the final squad before 30 October 2019.

Egypt hosts the competition between 8 and 22 November at two venues in Cairo, Cairo International Stadium and Al Salam Stadium.
