CAIRO - 13 June 2017: Serious negotiations were made on Monday between AC Milan and Chelsea’s management teams in order for Chelsea Blues striker Diego Costa to join Il Rossoneri (Milan), according to Super Kora website.

The Milan club has officially spoken with the Blues about Costa’s join, including the Spanish player’s agent request for £10 million ($12.6m) per year, The Sun reported.
After a season of scoring 26 goals for the Premier League Champions, Chelsea coach Antonio Conte made the decision that Costa must leave the club by next season.

A simple text message stating “ you don’t have a place in Chelsea next season,” was sent to the Spanish player Super Kora website reported.

Many of the clubs have entered into negotiations to sign the Spanish star, after Conte's message, such as Atletico Madrid, AC Milan and the clubs of the Chinese Super League that recently targeted European leagues by tempting them with large salaries.
