CAIRO – 28 September 2019: Al-Ahly new signing, Aliou Dieng, scored his first goal with Al-Ahly and produced a memorable performance in his team’s 4-0 victory over Equatorial Guinea’s Cano Sport at CAF Champions League round of 32 second leg.

Al-Ahly confirmed their spot at the competition’s group stage as they won the first leg in Equatorial Guinea 2-0.

Dieng opened the score minutes from the start as e followed a ball inside the box after the opponent’s defenders failed to clear the ball.

Al-Ahly created many clear chances to score but they were missed by Hussein El Shahat and Junior Ajayi.

Both players were decisive at the second half as they added the second and third goal for Al-Ahly.

Al-Ahly’s fourt goal came seconds before the final whistle through the substitute, Salah Mohsen, after a wonderful pass from El Shahat.

Al-Ahly achieved their fourth victory in all competitions under the club new manager, Rene Weiler.

On the other hand, Zamalek face Generation Foot on Sunday and they aim to bounce back after a 2-1 loss at the first leg.
