CAIRO - 27 August 2019: Zamalek Men's Handball Team will fly to Saudi Arabia on Tuesday morning to participate in the Club World Cup.

Zamalek will meet on Wednesday in the quarter-finals with the winner of the meeting between Kiel and the University of Sydney scheduled for today in the round of 16, which also sees a meeting between Mudar Saudi and New York City, where the winner of the last meeting will meet Vardar Macedon in the quarter-finals.

Also in the quarter-finals are meetings between Saudi Al-Wahda with Brazilian Taobate and Barcelona with Al-Duhail.

Zamalek team qualified to the Super Globe to win the African Super Cup over Al-Ahly 38/35 in the city of Oujda, Morocco.

Bassem El Sobky, the coach of the handball team in Zamalek, included 19 players in the tournament list: Mohamed Ali, Mahmoud Khalil "Felfel", Hisham El Sobky, Mohamed Alaa El Sayed "Luka", Mostafa Tamer "Dongle", Ahmed El Ahmar, HazemMamdouh, Ahmed Hossam, Mohamed Abdel Rahman, Yehia El Dera and Mostafa Khalil, Ali Hisham, AkramYousry, Ahmed Mo'men, Karim Ayman, Wissam SamiNawar, HishamShadid and Mohamed Ramadan Hitler, as well as Hassan Walid, the top scorer of the newly-elected junior team from the Sun.
