FILE - Egypt’s volleyball team
CAIRO – 28 July 2019: Egyptian Volleyball national team face Algeria to decide the Bronze medal winner in the African Championship which is being held in Tunisia.
Egypt lost 1/3 against Tunisia, the host, in the African championship semi-finals.
Egyptian team are in a group which includes Cameroon, Morocco, Burundi and DR Congo.
The Pharaohs’ participation witnessed three victories over Morocco, Burundi and DR Congo.
The Egyptian team includes: Hussam Youssef, Ahmed Fathy, Ahmed Salah, Hesham Yousry, Mohamed Adel, Rashad Shabel, Abdel Rahman Saoudi, Mohamed Mohsen, Ahmed Said, Ahmed Youssef, Omar Nagib, Ahmed Diaa, Ahmed Abdel-Al , And Ahmed Abdel-Al Dronka.
The delegation is headed by Ahmed Abdel-Dayem, acting as head of the Association of Egyptian Volleyball.
