CAIRO - 19 July 2019: Egypt Today presents the expected line-ups for Algeria & Senegal in their expected Final.

Cairo stadium will host the expected match between Algeria and Senegal in the African Nations Cup final on Friday evening at 09:00 p.m.

Algeria took their place in the final after beating Nigeria 2-1, while Senegal qualified after a 1-0 win over Tunisia in the semi-finals.

Algeria’s coach, Djamel Belmadi, dreams of winning the African Cup of Nations for the second time in Algeria's history after the first in 1990, while Senegal looking to enter the list of winners of the precious continental title after they failed first attempt when they reached the final in 2002 and lost to Cameroon on penalties.

This is the second encounter between Algeria and Senegal in the current edition of the African Cup of Nations after the Algerian team defeated Senegal 1-0 in AFCON groups stage at 30 June stadium.

Algeria are missing their full-back, Youssef Attal, due to injury, while Senegal defender Calido Coulibaly is out of action due to suspension.

Excitement and fun will be the title of the match between Algeria and Senegal, which is facing a challenge between the attacking power of the Desesrt Warriors and the defensive rigidity of the Terranga Lions.

Algeria have the strongest attack in the tournament, with 12 goals in six matches while Senegal have the strongest defense in the competition after having conceded a single goal against Algeria in the first round.

The Algerian government has decided to allocate 28 aircraft, including nine military, to transport 4800 fans to Cairo to support the "Greens" against Senegal in the African Nations Cup final. The planes are scheduled to take off from airports in Algiers and Oran Annaba and Ouargla.

The 2019 AFCON impressed all the African & world football fans after an amazing organization from Egypt. Everyone praised the hospitality, the precision of all details and security of the 24 teams.

Egypt proved that it can host any tournament especially as preparations for this tournament happened in a very short period.
