CAIRO – 10 June 2017: Boxing champion Tony Bellew, an Everton football club supporter, has claimed his next match will be against whoever tries to sign Romelu Lukaku, Everton’s striker.

“Who will I fight next? Whoever tries to take Romelu Lukaku,” Tony Bellew said jokingly to Talk Sport.

“He [Lukaku] looks a lively fella. I’m trying to pick on people my own size!” The WBC cruiserweight 2016-2017 champion added.

Media reports have claimed Belgium striker Romelu Lukaku will leave Everton to join Chelsea in order to play Champions League football with the ‘Blues’ next season.

Bellew, meanwhile, is looking toward winning a heavyweight world title after securing the WBC title; he has revealed that there are talks to face fellow boxer Tyson Fury.
