Jelena Ostapenko stuns Simona Halep to win French Open

PARIS - 10 June 2017: Latvia's Jelena Ostapenko stunned third seed Simona Halep 4-6, 6-4, 6-3 on Saturday to win her maiden Grand Slam title and become the lowest-ranked champion in French Open history.

Ostapenko, 20 is the first unseeded player to lift the Roland Garros title and the first Latvian major champion in history.
