CAIRO - 18 June 2019: The Moroccan team will arrive in Cairo at 5:00 pm on Tuesday to participate in the African Nations Cup which starts on Friday with the match between Egypt and Zimbabwe at the Cairo Stadium in Group A matches.

Morocco are in Group D with Côte d'Ivoire, South Africa and Namibia, and Al-Salam Stadium hosts the group's matches. The team will start with the match against Namibia on Sunday.

The Moroccan team has a list of only 22 players after the exit of Abdel Razzaq Hamdallah, the striker of Alnasr Club from the list chosen by the French coach Herve Renard and includes the following names:

Goalkeepers: Munir Al-Mohamadi (Malaga, Spain), Yasin Puno (Gerona), Ahmed Al Teknouti (Wydad Casablanca)

Defenders: Marwan da Costa (Etihad Jeddah ), Ghanim Saes (Wolverhampton), Abdul Hamid Younis (Reem Stadium), Mehdi Benatia (Al Dahil), Ashraf Hakimi (Borussia Dortmund) And Nabil Derar (Fenerbahce).

Midfielder: Karim Al-Ahmadi (Ittihad Jeddah), Youssef Ait Ben Nasser (Saint Etienne), Mehdi Bourbia (Sassoulo), Mubarak Boussoufa (Al- Shabab), Younis Belhanda (Galata Sarai) , Noureddine Amrapet (Al-Nasr Saudi), Hakim Ziash (Ajax)
And Sufian Puval (Celta Vigo).

Strikers: Khalid Boutaib (Zamalek), Osama Idrissi (Alkamar), Youssef Al Nasiri (Leganes).
