CAIRO – 9 June, 2017: Greek side POK Athens deaf football team won Greek Deaf League for the eighth time with Egyptian assist from Amr Wagdi.

"Amr Wagdi - 37 years- Egypt's football national team for Deaf captain, helped POK to win the league title in Greece, after few weeks from leading the team to win European Deaf champions league in Larissa" Helly Christopoulou Co-coordinator of POK team told Egypt today.

"We are happy to have a great player such Wagdi, he scored 2 goals in Deaf Champions League final and helped us again to win the league title," Christopoulou said.


Wagdi won the DCL league 3 times with POK Athens in 2014, 2015 and 2017.
